What training and experience do you have?

I am a Personal Trainer, having worked in various environments over the last 20 years. I have my Fitness Theory, Exercise for the Older Adult, Weight Training, and Personal Training certifications with the BCRPA. I completed my Holistic Nutritional Consulting program in 2019 and I am registered with the IONC. I am a competitive athlete, and was given my Pro card in 2017. I have also spent 13 years working as a Care Aide within the health care system.

What can I expect from working with you?

After completing your initial assessment forms, I will review them and contact you either by phone or skype, whichever is more convenient for you. We will go over any nutritional concerns at that time and discuss your personal goals and expectations from the program. If you decide that I am a good fit for you, we will discuss which package is best suited for your needs, and get you on the road to becoming your healthiest self! Each week you will set a new goal for yourself that is reasonable and attainable. I will be available for support via email every day. Once a week we will have a one hour skype appointment to review your past weeks progress and examine any setbacks or progress you experienced.

What is the diet like?

There is no “diet.” Each client comes to me with their own unique set of health concerns and goals. After evaluating your current nutritional status, your nutritional program will be designed specifically for your individual requirements. (ie, diabetes, vitamin deficiencies etc.)

Do you provide Personal Training?

I can provide exercise guidelines that coincide with your goals and nutritional plans. I do not personal train out of any fitness facility at this time. There will be packages coming soon for people looking for weekly workout plans. Stay tuned!!

How can I pay for your services?

I accept payment by e-transfer.

Do you take payments on larger packages?

Yes I do. If you decide that one of the longer packages is the best suit for you, we can break the cost up into monthly payments. Please note that services will be on hold until payment is received. Once I have received your monthly payment, we will continue with your program.

What if I miss an appointment?

There is a 24 cancellation fee in place. If you fail to contact me within that time frame to reschedule an appointment, that weeks check in, will be considered used. In the case of an emergency, we will reschedule the missed appointment. If you miss two or more weekly check ins without giving 24hr notice, your package will be discontinued and no refund will be given.

What if I want a refund?

There are no refunds once a package is purchased. This helps keep clients committed to their health goals.
