Description: These are a great snack option for you and the kids! The figs and dates provide just enough natural sweetness, the almond butter will provide you with some protein while the flax gives you a boost of Omega 3!


  • 15 dried figs
  • 7 pitted mejool dates
  • ¾ cup oats
  • ¼ cup ground flax
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

The Process:

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until loosely combined.
  2. Scrape sides with a spatula before blending for another 2-3 minutes and the ingredients begins to clump and stick to the bowl. Roll into balls (whatever size you like) and store in the fridge for up to two weeks!
