Hi there. I’m Amanda, and as you have guessed, I am a Nutritional Consultant. What you may not know is that I am a Personal Trainer, wife, mother, and a professional athlete.
I have been involved in the fitness industry for 28 years, and I worked within the health care system for 13 years.
I have watched many people struggle with various health issues, and very few of them were able to make the connection between these issues and the foods they were eating.
I realized that if I was to effectively help people reach their optimum health, I would have to start by examining the impact their nutritional habits were having on their quality of life. That is the foundation for which longevity and healthy living lay. In the foods we choose to feed our bodies. Exercise is important, but if we do not fuel our bodies with the proper nutrients, exercise becomes a frustrating cycle of limited success and continual disappointment.

Each one of my clients comes to me with their own unique set of circumstances, and personal goals. I work with each individual to develop effective strategies to reach these goals based on their personal health history, dietary preferences, and current lifestyle. There is no judgement and there is no pressure. I provide the education and support necessary for achieving lasting lifestyle change, no matter how big or how small that change may be.
